Orders fulfilled by AGET Manufacturing Company (the “Company”) and paid for by customer can be returned to the Company.

Orders requiring a return as a result of action by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders requiring a return as a result of action by the Company are not subject to a 10% restocking fee.

The Company has sole discretion to determine whether Company action or Customer action resulted in the need to return the item for a refund.

Once the order is returned to the factory and inspected to ensure that no damage has occurred by customer, a refund will be processed less the 10% restocking fee, if applicable.
